HyperGrowth
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026 | Platform: HyperGrowth | Jurisdiction: Panama
1. Introduction and Scope
HyperGrowth is a decentralized technology interface designed to minimize data collection. This Privacy Policy explains how HyperGrowth collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information in connection with the HyperGrowth platform, websites, applications, interfaces, smart contracts, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
HyperGrowth does not request or store names, telephone numbers, physical addresses, government identifiers, biometric data, financial account details, or precise geolocation data for ordinary wallet use. The primary identifier processed by the Interface is your public blockchain wallet address, used to connect to protocol functionality and authenticate decentralized access.
Our systems may record technical access data such as IP address, access time, country inferred from network data, user agent, browser, operating system, and transmission protocol for security, eligibility controls, abuse prevention, and platform integrity.
3. Legal Basis and Consent
By using the Services, you consent to processing your wallet address and technical access data where necessary for protocol functionality, contract performance, legitimate security interests, and eligibility enforcement. HyperGrowth does not use wallet addresses for marketing, targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or data monetization.
4. How We Use Information
HyperGrowth processes wallet addresses and technical data to enable wallet sessions, verify decentralized access, enforce protocol and interface rules, detect technical abuse, identify and block prohibited access, maintain security, and preserve the integrity of the Interface.
5. No Sale or Sharing
HyperGrowth does not sell, rent, lease, license, or commercialize wallet addresses or associated metadata. We do not share user information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners. Legal disclosures may occur where required by law, court order, regulation, or binding authority instruction.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
HyperGrowth may use cookies or local storage only for functional purposes, including session continuity, CSRF protection, wallet UI state, minimal preferences, and aggregate system performance. These technologies do not access unrelated files or identify you across third-party platforms.
7. Rights and Blockchain Permanence
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object, restrict, port, or withdraw consent for personal data we process. Blockchain data is public, permanent, immutable, and outside HyperGrowth's control; HyperGrowth cannot modify or erase public ledger records.
8. Retention, Security, and Breach Notice
HyperGrowth retains wallet and technical access data only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce rules, and maintain security. We use commercially reasonable security measures, but no digital system is immune from compromise. HyperGrowth is not responsible for wallet, blockchain, third-party service, or user device breaches.
9. Minors, Transfers, and Third Parties
HyperGrowth does not knowingly provide Services to minors. Data may be processed internationally. Third-party wallets, protocols, data feeds, and blockchain networks are governed by their own privacy practices.
10. Disputes and Contact
This Privacy Policy is governed by Panama law and follows the dispute resolution process in the Terms of Use, including individual arbitration in Panama City where applicable. Contact HyperGrowth at [email protected].
