Terms of Use

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to the HyperGrowth interface (the "Interface"). The Interface is one, but not the exclusive, means of reading from and writing transactions to Hyperliquid and related decentralized systems. Hyperliquid is decentralized, permissionless, and community-driven. HyperGrowth does not own, control, operate, custody, stop, reverse, or modify transactions on Hyperliquid.

By accessing or using the Interface, including decentralized applications, smart contracts, content, features, functionality, or services made available through HyperGrowth (collectively, the "HyperGrowth Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Interface.

2. Interface Description

The Interface is a frontend to blockchain-based protocols and markets. The Interface and HyperGrowth do not custody funds, process settlement, operate an exchange or clearinghouse, guarantee execution, or provide best execution. All transactions initiated through your wallet are your sole responsibility and may be irreversible once submitted or confirmed.

Any informational content, market summaries, prices, order book data, tutorials, or external references are provided only for general reference. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice.

3. Eligibility and Restrictions

By using the Interface, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, have authority to bind any entity you represent, are not barred from using the Interface, and are not a Restricted Person.

Restricted Persons include persons or entities located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, citizens or nationals of, or acting for persons from prohibited or sanctioned jurisdictions, including the United States and its territories, Ontario, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium and other European Union member states where such activity is not permitted, Singapore, Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, Cuba, Crimea and Russian occupied regions of Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan, Myanmar, and any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions.

You must not use a VPN, proxy, Tor, or similar technology to circumvent eligibility controls, geo-blocking, sanctions, or jurisdictional restrictions. You are solely responsible for local legal compliance.

4. Wallets and Non-Custodial Use

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, authentication devices, and transaction approvals. HyperGrowth never asks for private keys and cannot recover lost funds or reverse wallet actions.

A login signature proves wallet ownership and creates a session. It does not place orders, transfer funds, approve fees, or authorize trading. Order signatures are separate and must match the exact action payload shown to you.

5. Risks

You acknowledge that decentralized technologies, prediction markets, digital assets, smart contracts, bridges, wallets, oracles, and blockchain networks involve substantial risks, including loss of funds, liquidation, volatility, oracle errors, liquidity constraints, front-end failures, phishing, malware, key compromise, regulatory changes, and permanent public ledger records.

You accept all risks that arise from using the Interface and HyperGrowth Services, including the risk that any funds may be lost due to failures, exploits, or actions outside HyperGrowth's control.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Interface to violate law, evade sanctions, launder funds, manipulate markets, front-run, wash trade, exploit vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, deploy unauthorized bots, scrape or extract data beyond reasonable use, distribute malware, infringe rights, impersonate others, or bypass access controls.

7. Fees, Third Parties, and Programs

You may be charged protocol fees, gas, network fees, third-party fees, or interface fees if disclosed. Third-party wallets, RPC providers, data sources, or blockchain networks are independent services and are governed by their own terms. HyperGrowth may change, suspend, or discontinue programs, points, rewards, or interface features at any time.

8. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The Interface, branding, software, content, and related materials are owned by HyperGrowth or its licensors, except for open-source or third-party components under their own licenses. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Interface except as expressly permitted. Feedback may be used by HyperGrowth without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Interface and HyperGrowth Services are provided "as is", "as available", "with all faults", and "under development" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperGrowth is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages. HyperGrowth's total cumulative liability is limited to USD $100.

11. Updates and Contact

HyperGrowth may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new last-updated date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Contact HyperGrowth at [email protected].
